Chairman Mr. M. Senthilkumar, the Promoter Chairman of BKS Textiles and Greenhome Furnishings, has more than four decades of experience in the Textile industry. His vision, global outlook and passion for textiles has shaped BKS into a responsible and quality-oriented manufacturer of woven fabrics and made ups over the years.
He has been the Chairman of the Powerloom Development and Export Promotion Council (PDEXCIL). He is the Former Chairman of the Palladam Hi-Tech Weaving Park (PHWP), the first integrated Textile Park established under the SITP scheme (Scheme for Integrated Textile Parks) by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. He was the Chairman of the Southern India Mills Association (SIMA) between 2015 and 2017.

Dr. Sudha Anand, Director of BKS Textiles and Greenhome Furnishings, is a second generation entrepreneur and is an established practitioner of sustainability within the Textile Industry. Apart from being a strong exponent of environmental sustainability, Sudha strongly believes in empowering women and providing them opportunities to succeed.
A medical doctor, Sudha joined BKS Textiles in 2008, drawn by her passion for entrepreneurship. After joining the business, Sudha and her sister Sangeetha, together grew BKS's business exponentially.
Totally aware of the potential of the increasing demand of international design trends with world class quality standards in India, Sudha founded Swaas (the Sanskrit word for 'breath') in 2012, as a home enrichment brand to cater to the domestic market. Swaas runs retail stores and an online store (www.swaas.in), in India. The brand focuses on eco-friendly products, made by a strong workforce of women.
Keeping in mind the damage that the home textile industry routinely inflicts on our planet, the growing ecological consciousness amongst customers and her own personal commitment to the cause, Sudha incorporated Greenhome Furnishings in 2023, as a company that would focus on offering sustainable home textile solutions
